I was pretty disappointed that I only got like 5 ranch wedges with my chicken dinner but other then that it was all delicious

The chicken wings were not edible. The wings and skin were soggy and were full of fat and the chicken wasnt done. Also, there was only a single serving cup of gravy sent for family size mashed potatoes side. We order from here and visit frequently but tonight was horrible. So disappointed.

I have orderedfrom Pizza Ranch A number of times and have never had n issue with the portion sizes of their items especifically their pizzas. the taste always exceeds my expectations and is delicious. However, this time I felt like I had just received a single serve microwave pizza. it was an inch bigger then a great value slice of bread and smaller then my entire female hand. It was all fresh. the taste is not issue. this isn't even a "small" this is fun size. I've ordered smallsbefore and this is just wild. For the price paid for what I thought would feed myself and adolescent child , costing 35 dollars, is now a waste of money. Am I crazy or is this "normal"?

Almost all of the food was great. The only exception was the biscuit that came with the 4 Piece Dinner. It was very dry.
That said we always enjoy Pizza Ranch, both in restaurant and delivery. Thank you!

We order from Pizza Ranc pretty regularly. This order was a little disappointing because we added chicken, mushrooms, and a sauce and only got the mushrooms! DoorDash refused to make it right due to policy where customer service comes last. A conversation with Pizza Ranch fixed it all though. Highly recommend Pizza Ranch. Highly disappointed in DoorDash corpoate priority.
