Pizzeria Solario is always a favorite. We tried new items tonight. The RAGU BOLOGNESE was creamy and flavorful with fresh wife noodles. The SWEET SAUSAGE pizza is another great offering from the pizza oven on a great crust.

Pizza was BELOW average. I could go to Costco (around the corner)for better tasting pizza and I would have gotten three LARGER pizzas than this one FOR THE SAME PRICE. I would have been happier if they would have gotten a Costco pizza and resold it to me.

We've been to Italy a lot. This is by far the most authentic margherita pizza in Houston! So flavorful, charred just right and the sauce is just incredible. The rocket salad tastes just like the simple salads of Europe that you cant quit eating. The Parmesan bread is divine too!! The cacio e Pepe needed more cheese and pepper for my taste, but the pasta base was really good and fresh, so I could easily add more of both at home. This is now my new favorite pizza place in the city! Don't miss it!

RAGU BOLOGNESE is my favorite pasta dish in Houston. PEPPERONI was good, and is usually amazing, but it didn't have the char I was hoping for. The jalapenos on it couldn't be any less spicy. I'm not convinced they weren't bell pepper. Either way, this place is incredible.

RAGU BOLOGNESE and CACIO E PEPE were amazing- Al dente, quality ingredients, flavorful. Sausage pizza was excellent. BUTTERSCOTCH BUDINO wasn't fully set yet so we put in the fridge, hopefully it will be good tomorrow.
