Every. Single. Aspect. of my meal was phenomenal. The fried mozzarella has a light, but flavorful crunch to it. The ziti was slightly spicy and had the perfect ratio of meat to pasta. Really an amazing appetizer and meal.

The calzone crust was perfect. The riccotta nice and fluffy. I ordered it with Black olives, Sausage and Meatball. It's stuffed with olives but I have to search to find a bite of meat.
The garlic knots look like something from the freezer section. Not like any garlic knot I've ever had from ANYPLACE.
On top of that I ordered LEMON CAKE and didn't even recieve it.
ZERO STARS.
Avoid this place, even the hut is better. Even McDonalds. Save your money!!!!

10-inch cheese pizza - OK. Too many herbs. Decent cheese amount. Thinner crust with a bit of a crisp.

Fried mozzarella - One big square….so not enough breading
Bread knots (menu said 3...got 5) Fine, not enough garlic, & some crisp to outside which I don't particularly like

I only leave a review if the food was either out of this world or it was incredibly awful. The CHICKEN PARM SUB at this place is the very BEST I have tried in all of Central Florida and I've tried over 15-20 Italian places through the area over the past decade. Hands down will order weekly, from the bread to the seasoning and flavor of the breaded chicken, great job!!

The crews that work Valdiano are very down-to-earth, straightforward and awesome! The pizza they make is just as awesome as well! Quality-wise is is personally favorable over other pizzarias in the area, there's a reason they were awarded best pizza in Orlando for several years in a row!
