Fresh, tasty and always well made. Good value size and quality with regular deals. Never had a disappointment with forgotten items or added ingredients and that's what keeps me coming back. Mac & Cheese burger is my favourite, and the Chips - Large are always crunchy, almost like they are beer battered. I appreciate you can choose vegetarian ingredients (e.g. dairy cheese) instead of vegan cheese.
The plant based cheeseburger patties are more like an American style pork burger blend (as opposed to a heavier beef style patty.)

Seriously? They were out of chikn' burgers so instead of cancelling the order or calling, they swapped it for a planet O and charged an extra 65 cents. If you're going to give people something they didn't ask for, at least don't charge extra. Not impressed.
