I drove all the way from Miami Gardens to North Miami Beach for my favorite combo a Dolce Smoothie and Mango Açaí and it was a huge disappointment. The smoothie was watery, completely tasteless, and not worth the $8.99 at all. I ended up throwing it away. The açaí bowl tasted consistent, but the portion only filled half the container. This location at 14881 Biscayne Blvd, North Miami Beach, FL is seriously falling short and hurting the franchise’s reputation.

“The açaí bowl was extremely disappointing. It arrived completely melted and watery with no firmness or texture at all. The contents appeared freezer-burned, and two ingredients that were supposed to be included were missing. Instead of a fresh, thick açaí bowl, it was a liquid mess that taste expired and poorly prepared.”

This was my first time ordering from playa bowls and the Tropi Twist Smoothie 20ozcal was soo good!!! I definitely will be ordering from here again. I didn't eat my bowl yet, but I have high expectations for it. :).
