With all the rave reviews, I was genuinely excited to try this place. What I got instead was a masterclass in disappointment: mostly fried fat, barely any meat, and whatever was there didn’t exactly scream “fresh.” If this is considered authentic Korean fried chicken, then I must’ve been eating the wrong kind my whole life. Maybe I just don’t have the refined palate required to appreciate grease and gristle. Either way, won’t be rushing back.
