All salads come with a 1/2 pocket bread and your choice of salad dressing on the side.

Build your own or try one of our suggestions. Comes with a small side of dressing.

We start by pulling a fresh and steamy ``Pocket`` bread from the oven. While it`s still hot, we split it open and stuff it with your choice of finely chopped salad vegetables, cheeses and meats you select, topped with your favorite salad dressing.

A classic Italian treat with a Pocket twist. Our unique Pocket dough is folded over, stuffed with our fresh ingredients and then baked to a golden brown by our oven master. Allow 20 minutes to bake.

Delicious multi-grain, whole wheat crust and your choice of our freshest toppings.
