Writing this review while I'm eating this bc its soo good. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, super flavorful. This will definitely be our new obsession!

Everything was cooked great! Alot of times when you get a poke bowl frm other places you canget either raw or cooked salmon but it's crispy to almost burnt. this place does it right. salmon cooked perfect! the Poké Bowl with Three Proteins i had was awesome. never had Spam as a choice before and will definitely be ordering again!

I order from here regularly and have always been impressed, until recently. It seems they increased all their prices and then decreased the portion sizes. The Spam inside the Musubis is now cut PAPER thin, and the price went up by $1 . Which is wild, because Spam is such an affordable ingredient. And they're now using salad shrimp in their poke bowls, and they used to use large shrimp. It's disappointing because they have so many good add-ons. I'll probably give it one more chance, but then I will have to move on if it's still bad!

Hands down one of the best restaurants in the entire Lehigh Valley. The owners are incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful. They'll help guide you through your order if this is your first time but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The poke burrito is the size of a small baby and you've got a gauntlet of topping choices to pick from. I will be spending a lot more of my time and money here in the very near future.

The salmon and tuna were both very bland, and it needed way more of my sauce of choice. Drizzling more on top would help. Not a bad price for fully customizable poke bowl. I added my own avocado at home; wasn't paying that surcharge.
