I've been going to this place for lunch for almost a year, but they lost me today for the following reasons.
They took their "max bowl" out of the menu. Ok, I'd go with another choice, but they also reduced around 1/3 of the bowl size - as in the size of the bowl. Yet, the price is only around $2 less. Along with this, the portion gets smaller too. Originally, they'd give a decent size of grilled salmon, for example, but for now, it's half of the size before.
I hope my review will help you understand what's going on in this restaurant. I would never order from this restaurant again until they change the size back.

Both boxes were open and falling out into the bag when I opened the bag. The fish was so bland, no taste whatsoever.

The poke itself was very good, but the packaging was impossible to open. The lid was missing a pull tab so it took a lot of time and finagling to get the lid off.
