This food is amazing, never fails! Been so happy since they opened. If you like Spam Musubi they prepare it so perfectly how you'd imagine. BYO Bowl (Kids Bowl) is the perfect size not too much and not too little. I enjoy the kids bowl. The kids love their popcorn chicken or dumplings. Their Crab Rangoon are also top tier. Everything here is awesome!

Great packaging, excellent customer service (option was out of stock, was contacted directly from the business and was offered all other options) and the food tasted great. Chicken Dumplings were still hot and tasty and had a great crisp to them. Boss Bowl amazing taste, the salmon in particular is my favorite. Blueberry Push-pop a new favorite, a must try! Every item was devoured and finished.

First time ordering from here and it was disappointing compared to the eastside poki poki. Had a regular Hawaiian Bowl which was smaller.
The avocado and ginger tasted old and ruined the bowl. Only received half my doordash order but the drinks made it and were good.

I got a BYOB bowl regular size and this is the amount I got. Half full small plastic container with no lettuce that i ordered either. $15 for 4 bites of food.

I loved Poki Poki in NE Albuquerque and was disappointed that we'd leave that behind when we moved to Rio Rancho but it was to my pleasant surprise that Poke Serrano has almost the same exact menu and ingredients. The Boss bowl has always been my favorite and was delicious here too. I highly recommend.
