No napkins or utensil. They followed the instructions well. They do need to allow more sauce choices when ordering. Taste great

the portion was huge and the fish was fresh! the large bowl was very heavy and the fish scoops were good sized, toppings packed to the top. usually doordash orders are skimpy but pokeland pulled through! this is 2 or 3 meals for me, i would order again if i could

There didnt seem to be any of the sauce I ordered on the bowl, so it did not taste good at all. Normally there is an ample amount of sauce on my orders,  but that was not the case today. It also seemed like very small amounts of everything were place in my order. The bowl was about half full, which again, is not the case when I normally order from here. I have had some issues with this restaurant before with forgetting to put items in, but then other times it has been fine.  Seems I got a lot less on this order than what I actually paid for. This time was quite a let down.

The portions are large but very poor quality fish and freshness. Fish was really inedible due to texture and smell being horribly off. I could only eat the crab,rice or, nonfish toppings. Its generous in size but not worth it at all. I had to throw away over 80% of the food.this is by far  the worst poki place ive tried and made me grateful for even the most basic poki from other locations because atleast it was fresh. Im very disappointed first and last time here.

I think they changed their imitation crab, cause it tastes different and they used to include avocado, the shrimp is nasty, overall the food was nasty and not fresh
