Poke bowl was good but I was excited to try the Garlic Spam Musubi and received a chocolate brownie instead.

The poke bowl had very little protein in it and was very dry. The miso soup had no taste and was like warm water and the pressed spicy tuna had an awful very strong fishy smell and taste, seemed spoiled I had to just throw it out. Very bad experience.

I got a poke bowl. There was a below average amount of fish (and every other topping) and almost no sauce. Paid extra for masago and got maybe half a teaspoon. The whole thing was bland and mostly tasted like rice.

5/5 stars - incredible customer service and amazing food! Jose (this location's Pokeworks manager/employee) was so kind and helpful when an ordering issue occurred. Our LARGE (50+ items!) group catering order was potentially going to be canceled or late, but Jose and team did a phenomenal job and made sure that we not only received the food on time, but also enjoyed delicious bowls!
It was a great hit, thank you to this Pokeworks team!!!

The portion sizes were incredibly small. I ordered three protein bowls with two portions of salmon and one portion of tuna, but they gave me about the same amount of salmon as the tuna. On top of that, even a single portion today was much smaller than what I’ve received in the past. The portions were nowhere near the size they usually are, which was very disappointing.
