they're usually spot on with the order but one thing they need to do is match the menu items with the polarbites food truck/trailed by 41st and 5th Ave I ordered the Strawberry Shortcake but it doesn't come with shaved ice from the store, and the truck adds shaved ice it's different enough to complain about

The classic said vanilla ice cream with root bear there was no root beer in it even the ice cream had no taste of it. The sandwich was not all that great but did have a lot of meat in it

Got the Peaches & Cream and they put some red slush in mine. My entire thing was red slush by the time I got it with a few chuncks of peaches. Nothing like the picture or how it sounds.
