the Pollo's Chicken Soup - Bowl isn't worth it. 7 dollars for a "bowl" of soup that is nothing but broth and 1 chunk of plantain & 2 tiny bits of shredded chicken. very disappointed.

Ordered food last minute and the meat was dried out and the portion size was very small. It would have been nice if the order was denied if there wasn't enough quality food to fill the order properly. My elderly mother loves the food here so it was disappointing to receive such an order.

The portion of chicken was absolutely too small compared to what i've received before, it was dry, overcooked and not the typical from pollo tropical. At least the rice was good.
