First time trying Pollo Tropical in many years. Best smelling Doordash bag I've ever gotten. Food was phenomenal. Mojo pork had great flavor, and plenty of juice. Rice and beans were good. Fries were surprisingly good. I still taste the garlic cilantro sauce. They put three in the bag, and I'll definitely use them. I'm going to make this a routine for sure.

It's a great go to when you just can not decide. The chicken tastes clean and lightly seasoned so it's good for kids and the rice and beans are fresh and the sticky rice makes it all mix together perfectly. My daughter and I share one trop chop with extra chicken and it's perfect. Portions are generous. I order it when I want healthy fast food and I love the curry mustard!

Terrible undercooked & ask for 1/2 chicken the gave me 2 drums and 2 thighs. This particular store needs a whole new staff & management.

El pollo realmente parecía una pequeña paloma, estaba frío y súper seco; realmente nada que ver con el pollo que generalmente venden en el sitio; las yucas eran 8 cubitos de yuca de 1 pulgada y por eso cobraron 7 dólares: realmente nunca volveré a comer en ese restaurante.
