I ordered pork chunks and black beans w/white rice plus sautéed onions and an avocado slice. Received the white rice with black beans, No pork chunks just minced, no onions and no avocado slice. I was overcharged by $23 but never received whatI ordered, This Pollo Tropical is doing downhill because this is not the first time they've messed up my order

The chicken was so uncooked that it even had blood as you can see in the picture. Then, when I ask for a refund I am only sent 5 dollars.

Steak was thinner than I thought. And they forgot the chimichurri which I really wanted.

The chicken wasnt cooked entirely, everytime i have order from this place i put to include sauces and they never put the sauces. Very dissapointing
