They finally remembered the sauce! This was literally the last time I was going to order Pollo if they forgot sauce again because rice + meat is really dry with no sauce, but not only did they include the sauce, they added extra. Great filling food that can last multiple meals for an affordable price, hopefully they continue to make sure sauce is included.

Paid $17 for crumbs of a Churrasco Steak - With Rice and Beans literally tiny pieces. I can't believe they even had the audacity to say yep, thats an adult portion, terrible.

First time ordering from here & the portions are EXTREMELY disappointing and lacking. Presentation is LESS than sub-par. The two sauces that I picked that come with the Churrasco Steak - With 2 Sides ONTOP of the Chimichurri sauce, and the gravy for the mashed potatoes side are missing. There barely any dressing on the caesar salad side & the croutons on it are STALE. The food is lukewarm.

I ordered dark meat 1/2 chicken but it was completely dry. The dogs liked it though. Also, there was no sauce. Even though it was listed on the receipt, it was missing. The restaurant was empty when I picked up my order so they're not too busy to put in the sauce. In reading the reviews, these problems go way back and they're still occurring. I'm thinking they just don't care.
All I want is to get my money's worth.
