Wasn't fresh at all. Got the usual 1/2 Fire Grilled Chicken and the Caribbean Trio and both tasted as if there were reheated...the rice was crunchy and beans were watery. Portioning was fine but I wouldn't order again from the location due to poor quality

Half the size of all the other pollo tropical. I weigh my food and always get 20 oz of rice and chicken. This only had 12.5 oz of rice and chicken. Can't get two meals out of it and it's $2.50 more for going through door dash plus all the fees and delivery with tip was $20. Double what it is at the store. I don't mind paying double for the convenience but at least give the right size portion. On top of the brown rice tasting like hard pellets

my rice was hard, I had no onions in neither of my bowls, my rice bowl barely had any beans, there was barely any chicken and on top of that the tomatoes were thicker than the chicken when it's supposed to be minced.

Chicken was over cooked and dried out. Staek was delicious and tender. Yum!
