Every time I order chicken from POLLO TROPICAL IT's Overcooked with makes it so dry you cannot eat it
The beans are swimming in bean juice and very small portion
Instead if the order comes from Hialeah Fl

You guys changed your recipe to add less salt, and while I can add it myself, I don't know why I have to add it when it actually had a good salt content that brought out flavor in the food. Would always eat my favorite Large Grilled Chicken Tropichop® - 75g of Protein but keep in mind that salt brings out flavor. Don't leave it out because you can.

Did not receive Avocado slices. I order at least 3x a week and never receive the requested sauces. Today's tropicjops had very little chicken and brown rice was hard

They didn't include the Fries .Second time this happens. The meat pieces are minimal , the rice is horrible.

the avocado was hard and black. there was hardly any cilantro garlic sauce and chicken.
