Rice was fresh, chicken was hot but the beans were VERY watery!!! My family did not get to eat any beans because there was only enough for 2 plates. Even the individual portions were the same.
It's sad that they tried to stretch the batch to make more money instead utilizing the product effectively .

I am extremely disappointed with my order. I ordered the Beef Bowl, but what I received was basically a bowl of rice and vegetables with only three tiny pieces of beef. Calling this a beef bowl is ridiculous.
To make matters worse, it didn’t even come with the chimichurri sauce that was clearly shown in the menu photo. The meal looked nothing like the advertised picture.
This was a complete waste of money. If you’re expecting a beef bowl with a decent amount of meat and the advertised toppings, you’ll be very disappointed. I won’t be ordering this again.

Pollo's Chicken Soup - Bowl - not sure what happened tonight with the soup. it was basically a large cup of broth.. no chicken/corn.. nothing. Just broth. So disappointed..

Our Original Family Meal was great as always. However, I was given 4 breasts and 2 wings as a whole chicken. Last time I checked that is not the anatomy of the chicken.
