The Regular Tropichop® was delicious and it's always top tier whenever I order it. Amazing portion size and really filling ! Thank you Pollo Tropical !

Normally I dont like trying new things, but that crispy chicken, man, that was amazing! It was crunchy, juicy, and perfectly cooked! I'll ddefinitely be ordering it again, Coke was obviously good and the rice could've been a bit less sticky but still it was good, and for delivery it was fresh!
the portion as well looks small but damn, it was so much, def worth the price.

Oh, this is the most bland and weird tasting food I've ever ate. Not all Pollo tropical's are created equally. It's like that they took already cooked chicken and just nuked it in the microwave. There's no flavor at all

Chicken was overcooked. Yellow rice smelled and taste like pure garlic and the vegetables in the rice were hard. Very disappointed!

This is the second time I have ordered from this store, and again the order arrived incomplete. I ordered and paid for Guacamole ($2.95) and it did not arrive. The Large Tropichop® Bowl was tasty, but it was missing something, THE GUACAMOLE. I registered my disappointment with doordash and they credited my account for $4.95. I would have much rather received the guacamole with my meal. A closer attention to quality control for deliveries is my recommendation.
