This was really delicious the chicken was cooked just right so moist and flavorful. Will definitely order again.

I ordered a chicken bowl, the bowl is rather small, half the size of a regular chicken bowl from
chipotle for about the same price.
If you are hungry might want to order two or pick a different option

The worst!! This place is nasty, incompetent andvery dis with the customer. The portion of a 20$ services is like a joke! I order a indiv yellow rice and vegetable with Churrasco Steak - With 1 Side and the portion was like for an one year old baby. Poorly prepared and packaged. So upset with this place and the money that I loose in this order. Please do NOT buy nothing in this place

1/2 chicken all white meat), rice and beans was fresh and delish. Regular Tropichop® Bowl was fresh & amazing. But, but WHAT ARE THOSE??! The scraps & crumbs from the bottom of the fryer basket that is suppose to be Fried Yuca. And all that you see is all that was in the prepared for my order for $3+. I bet the person that prepared my doordash order would not have accepted those fried yuca if they showed ordered them on sight.

Amazing service food was absolutely perfect you can tell that the people who work at pollo truly care about their customers i honestly love pollo tropical so much never had a bad experience <3
