I paid for a brownie that I never received, they put a cookie instead. Feel like was rip off i paid $4 for 1 cookie

Ordered tropichop with tomato , onion, black beans, white rice & chicken. I received no tomatoes but corn, four pieces of chicken and a few onions. The store is getting worse by the day. At least they lost a customer.

So unsatisfied! The yuca frita was barely fried. It was mushy. It was supposed to be to be 1/4 Fire Grilled Chicken and there was only a thigh and it was dry. I'm so mad!

the chicken was overcooked and super dry. burned on the bottom. the plantains were burnt to a crisp. the veggie tropi chop was a lukewarm mess. only thing good was the flan.
