I can't say enough about how delish this GLUTEN-FREE PEPPERONI PIZZA is from Pop Pizza. Most gluten-free pizza tastes more like the pizza box. This is fluffy, flavorful, and just like your favorite crispy bottom, soft to bite pizza. WINNER WINNER 🏆

Pizza was really tasty and piping hot but the cookies were a huge miss for myself as well as both of my teenaged sons (texture was weird and kids described them as "meh"). I'd order the pizza again but that's it unfortunately, it was filling so overall 9/10 worth it.

Always cooked to perfection. The edges get so perfectly crispy and concentrate the flavor. Toppings edge to edge. As a transplant used to NY style pies, I was skeptical, but Pop Pizza exceeded my expectations. Make sure you get a side of their RANCH DRESSING, it's a bit different from your typical ranch, some herbs blended in that make it extra delicious and a perfect compliment to the PEPPERONI PIZZA.

We discovered pop pizza on the The Oregonian's ‘Portland’s 10 best new pandemic-time pizzerias’ list yesterday and it did not disappoint! The 'all the way to the edges’ cheese policy makes the most incredible toasted cheese side crust and the perfectly crispy, semi-thick bottom crust is what pizza dreams are made of. Nuvrei bakery owner, Marius Pop, created this Detroit style pizza perfection after a 4 month crust lust and opened in Portland in August 2020.

Pop pizza use of brick cheese makes it unique in Portland. They make Detroit pan pizza not to be confused with Chicago deep dish or Sicilian. It is neither. The dough is very light and airy.
The other major player is Ranch pizza who's dough is a little more dense and is larger. Both make excellent pizza! We literally eat one next time the other.
Pops is more suited to 2-4 people
Ranch is 3-5 people.
If looking for Chicago Deep Dish try The Star Pizza in the Pearl. Way better than VIA Chicago.
