I ordered 2 4 piece boxes. I received 2 3 piece boxes. There was no refund to compensate the missing pieces. There were no thighs in my boxes. They could have given an extra leg or something. They charged me full price and gave me less than what I paid for. So disappointing. This was such an easy fix.

My uncle highly suggested that we order chicken and from this store, versus another non chicken food place that I was going to order from. He raved about his experience with the chicken being always hot and fresh. But this time, it wasn't. The 3pc chicken combo looked old, the pieces small and he was highly disappointed. He called the store immediately and spoke to the manager and was told to stop by for a replacement meal.
On a positive note, my spicy chicken sandwich and mac and cheese were very good...

The signature chicken was fresh, hot, well cleaned, and perfectly seasoned. The flavor of the ghost pepper wings was outstanding. Just enough heat to make you think about needing a drink, but being able to do without one. Couldn't stop eating them.
