Hello, I wanted to leave feedback regarding my recent order because honestly it was very disappointing. I usually enjoy Popeyes and order from there often, but this time the food was completely horrible.
The chicken was burnt, the fries were stale, and overall everything tasted old and poorly prepared. I normally have a good experience, which is why this visit stood out so much. I spent money expecting the quality Popeyes is known for, and this order was nowhere close to that.
I just wanted to bring this to your attention because the food quality this time was unacceptable. I hope this issue can be addressed so other customers don’t have the same experience.

I usually receive pretty great food, but this time was disappointing. The biscuit was stale and smelt like chalk and the red beans and rice was dry because it hardly had any beans. The tenders and mashed potatoes were good, but I was bummed out with the rest of the food.

Taste was great but we ordered half a pound lb of Popcorn shrimp (2 orders) and this is what it looked like.

Spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy. No utensils or straws were included with food order. Very greasy sandwiches. Iced tea had no ice. Never had issues with food from this particular store before.
