My tenders were delivered hot and fresh. They were crunch, thick and spicy. The mashed potatoes are always good.

We had an issue with our order. Both Door Dash an Popeyes solved our problem quickly and perfectly! Great customer service from Popeyes! Thanks so much to the sweet lady (possibly the manager?) I spoke to on the phone at Popeyes!

The food taste fine, but the packaging was terrible. Not only did they not have the correct load for the red beans and rice, they decided to not do anything about it and not even put a lid on the red beans and rice that fit. So there was rice everywhere in the bag. Also, there was so much sauce on the sandwich so we had to remove some with several of the napkins provided. Of course, Popeyes is good overall, but I sure wish there would've been a little bit more concern and care put into the preparation and packaging of my food.

I was supposed to get 5Pc Tenders Combo in regular and 4Pc Signature Chicken Combo in spicy, but they were swapped so my kids wouldn't eat the tenders, and they don't like the chicken pieces. They did eat the mac n cheese so it wasn't a complete waste. The frozen mango lemonade was delicious. Red Beans & Rice were delicious as always.

Unable to eat the meal. Chicken was extremely overcooked. The meat of the tenders was hard. Very disappointed as this is not popeyes standard.
