Admittedly, I've never had Popeyes before yesterday. It was good overall. I wouldn't recommend the chicken 3Pc Handcrafted Tenders, but the 2 pieces of fried chicken were good, and they were out of mac n cheese and gave me potatoes instead, which were...fine. Not my favorite. The fries were a little soggy, so I wouldn't recommend those unless you wanna put them in the air frier or oven. Portion was good. Not sure if I'd order most of these again. The one winner? The Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Tl;dr, Sandwich + fried chicken were wins. Everything else? Eh.

4Pc Signature Chicken we know that FRIED chicken is FRIED. for some reason this 4Pc Signature Chicken was just greasy beyond normal. we like Popeyes. this was just not a good experience. another thing about my dinner was that when I pulled the breast out of the box, the neck was attached. FRIED golden brown and disgusting at that point I was just done with dinner. ive never seen this at any restaurant or even purchasing raw chicken from a store. do better Popeyes.
the Homestyle Mac & Cheese was good. very creamy.
the Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy were really good. the highlight of my meal. the gravy was excellent.

It says it was buy 1 get 1 free, but when I got there, it wasn't. It was hard to explain to the staff because they don't speak a lot of English(not their fault, but it made the situation difficult) So had to buy extra which made the purchase more expensive

I ordered the three piece chicken combo with a medium Sprite. I did not get my Sprite. I reached out to the driver and he advised me that the restaurant said that was all there was. I have receipt that was taped to the bag that clearly says medium Sprite.
We are all human and I understand things happen. When things happen I expect accountability to be taken. Popeye's did not.
