Paid for sauce and got none, other than the missing sauce food was okay and nice portion I probably wouldn't order again

I ordered a 4pc Spicy chicken on 6/18/26 at 9:18pm. The order arrived sealed but when I opened both boxes, I did not have 4 pieces of chicken in each box. One box contained three pieces, while the second box only had 2. I was short of 3 pieces of chicken.

One word... Horrible! I ordered two meals and it was a mess. The 3pc chicken we ordered was hard and dry. We ordered red beans and rice as well as Cajun rice for our sides and only received a teaspoon in both containers. This was a total waste of $35.00.

Fries were not as good and they gave me 5 wings and a piece of chicken with the wing sauce on it. Not the best as usual.

The 5Pc Handcrafted Tenders Combo were terrible. They were too hard and not fresh, my kids were unable to eat them. Same with the Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo. The chickens were way to hard to bite
