the Dr pepper tasted like watered down soda water with no flavor and when the dasher brought my order the cup with the soda was laying down in the bad so basically I only got less than half of the drink..

I ordered the Signature and Buttermilk sauces to go with my chicken, but they were not included. Instead, I received two different jellies and had to eat my chicken without the sauces I requested. The BBQ sauce was simply drizzled over the chicken.
It has been years since I’ve eaten at Popeyes, and unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. I expected better.

Half of the order was missing. The rice and beans had a piece of string in it. Completely unsatisfied.

My drink was delivered in a bag, last order I recevied it without one ,and that order was going to be my last from Popeyes.
I will order from Popeyes often.
