The chicken 6 Spicy Bone-In Wings were so good!! Perfectly cooked and sauced well. The French Cajun Fries were crispy and fresh. I will definitely order again.

Popeyes chicken has the best flavor of all the fast food chicken places.
However, their chicken rarely looks like the commercial or the photos because the crispy breading in reality is very thin, almost without any crispy pieces on it. We keep hoping, but we may have to give up at some point.

very disappointed with the size of my chicken tenders. i ordered the 3 piece and only one of the tenders were actually tender sized. the one in the picture i took is literally the same size as a chicken nugget. $18 wasted on this meal.

This has to be the best Popeyes. My order is always fresh and generous! A Great fast food experience that I think is rare now a days. Awesome people on the staff, awesome food!

The quality at this location is inconsistent, and the portions are laughably small…
I ordered a five-piece spicy tender combo but only received four pieces of chicken. The tenders I got were small, dry, and very cold. Almost inedible, I had to reheat them in an air fryer to bring them back to life. One of the tenders I received looked like someone took a bite from it or cut it in half. I know my driver didn't touch my food because the "seal sticker" was still on the bag, so I imagine this location is cutting tenders in half to save money.
The sides included in my combo weren't very good either. The biscuit was excessively salty, and the coleslaw was incredibly watery. I wouldn't be surprised if one of the cooks took a trip to Santa Monica Pier and dipped my sides in the ocean before handing them to my dasher.
I also ordered a side of red beans & rice in addition to my five-piece combo. For some reason they barely filled the container halfway, and considering I paid $5 for the extra side, I was pretty annoyed with the small portion I received. I love Popeyes and have probably eaten at 50 different locations, but this meal was by far one of the worst Popeyes experiences I've had. It's not likely I'll be ordering from this location in the future.
Hopefully the situation was just an isolated incident. If not, this location should consider hiring new management or retraining staff to ensure a better experience for others. I will give credit where credit is due though; the cold/dry tenders I received were actually seasoned well and tasted okay after some time in the air fryer, and the side of red beans & rice was good too; I just wish they'd given me a decent portion. All things considered, I'd give this place a 2/5
