The chicken was not as crispy as it used to be - which is the only reason I went with Poppeye rather than the competitors. I hope it was just a one off. Because if they changed it, it will be disappointing. I mean they already make the cuts smaller than they used to be.

smallest Chicken Sandwich piece of chicken that i have ever had (having eaten this sandwich in store also). literally half the size of my past experiences.
do they use smaller pieces for door dash ?

The Mini Chicken Sandwich Trio Combo was great, but the inability to distinguish between Iced Tea and Coke, or remember the dip, is impressive in the worst way. It is a simple expectation: read the ticket, fill the bag. Great food is wasted when basic competence is missing.

I odered 12 pieces chicken wings combo, 2pieces chicken combo and 6 pieces chicken wings on the side. First, it's disappointing that they put all the 12 and 6 pieces chicken wings in one small box that I ordered for 2 different people. Next, all the order was put in one small paper when they can put in a big bag then pressing everything in that small bag. The small bag is as long as the receipt, I have to carry it in my 2 arms because that bag could rip before I reach my unit.
