I always get the honey barbq and garlic Parm chicken. The chicken had no sauce. And why are they always spicy chicken

Under cooked severely. Chicken was translucent, rubbery, and clearly "rare" at most. No browning on the breading even. Just pale and sad. Not even the spicy tenders I ordered, just regular ones.
Plus everything tasted like old stale oil.
Bad bad bad!!!
