Im from Ohio. We dont have a Popeyes close to where I live in Steubenville. So im up here for work staying out of a hotel and Popeyes is like right down the road. I have them door dash to my job and go there sometimes to dine in. This store has fresh chicken Mac and cheese and basically everthing fresh. Kitchen is open and clean very friendly staff and clean restaurant 10 out of 10 Highly Recommended

They were out of 2 items listed on the website. Gave TWO sauces for a family pack of food. Soda was NOT 30 ounces. The strips are almost the size of nuggets. (The beignets are ridiculously tiny. The beans and rice had an off-taste to them. Based on the last order I had here.) Everything is over priced. The only saving grace is What you do get tastes good.

first Classic Chicken Sandwich had a large patty, but a lot of breading that made the entire sandwich dry. the second one had a very sad patty with almost no breading and being very small compared to the other one. the Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy were quite delicious though!

This is my second time getting food from this location and i am extremely disappointed with the quality. i ordered the surf and turf combo and i received 4 shimps, and two chicken tenders. i also ordered a chicken sandwich. they were cold and my chicken tenders were all breading, no chicken whatsoever. my mac n cheese was hot, but was mainly cheese and no noodles? the only good part of this order was the mashed potatoes. im just sad that i spent almost $40 on this order by the time i had placed my doordash order.

Very cold fries every time, even when I pick it up myself. Sandwiches were in paper bags (must have been out of the pouches) it made the sandwiches cold and dry and falling apart. Foil would have been a better solution.
