Food is very good, well-packaged consistent. Good taste and portion - just please include requested sauces or at minimum replacement sauces for cocktail, ranch etc.

Chicken sandwich's were loaded with mayo and chicken was overdone. Order was not hot when received. Would not order from this restaurant again. Order was not fresh. Beans and rice was not the correct portion size, wasn't even filled halfway. I ordered extra dipping sauces and did not receive them.

I get the 4 pc and a biscuit quite often. At least once a week. Today I received 4 wings in my 4 pc. You usually get 4 different types of chicken, not all wings. I spent $40 with sides and dessert. I only get refunded $10 even though my meal is completely ruined.

My Cinnamon Apple Pie was missing the cinnamon. Never had this to happen before. The pie without the cinnamon was horrible.

Didn't get the Luffy cardboard box, but besides that, it was good. The chicken tasted good, as did the potato and gravy. The portions were large. The food was warm and fresh. I would order again, yes.
