Spicy chicken sandwich never disappoints. It's crispy and thick. Not hard crispy but soft light airy crisp. It's delicious. The sauce is amazing too. Not too hot but perfect. Ugh now I want one...

I am a constant customer of Popeyes.
I love their Spicy Chicken.
But, the last year had been a hit and miss in regards to the food.
When I pickup on store especially in Nixa, the staff is extremely rude and many timesthey say its going to be8 to 10 minutesto get mybecause they have to drop the Chicken.
Its crazybecause of you go in right around closing there is quite a biton the warmers.
I think employees are using it for themselves if not bought by closing.
Unfortunately, do many sides are also barely half full or there is food on ask over the sides of containers.
I end up going into Springfield to get my Chicken now because this store is always a problem.

Order two different meals and both orders the chicken was hard and old. Definitely had been sitting there for awhile. The frids were old and the chicken sandwich had definitely been sitting and the bun looked like someone had squished it to death. Flat as flat can get.

i asked for a 4 piece half spicy I ended up with 5 pieces 2 wings 2 breast (1 spicy/ 1 mild). I dont like the fact they dont ask you which pieces you want to be which and they do not inform you or 4Pc Signature Chicken Combo
