• 12/21/22Everything was FANTASTIC! We live about 20 minutes from the store in Tarkington and all of our food was still hot and fresh when it arrived to us. Chicken was tender and juicy, the Mac n cheese was freshly made and delicious and the meal was all around just the best Popeyes experience

• 10/15/24"I recently ordered a 16-piece chicken meal from Popeyes through DoorDash, and while the flavor of the food was great – the mashed potatoes, rice and beans, and biscuits were all delicious – I was very disappointed with the portion sizes. The pieces of chicken were noticeably small, with most being drumsticks and very few chicken breasts. For a meal that cost nearly $60.00, I expected more variety and larger pieces. The taste was great, but the size and selection were not worth the price. This was extremely disappointing for a delivery, and I hope this feedback helps improve future orders."

• 5/11/25Everything was good this time except the biscuit being hard as a rock. A few weeks back the red beans and rice was sour but we went in to eat and it was around 2 pm so maybe the beans sat too long.

• 3/14/26I ordered 8Pc Signature Chicken and Classic Chicken Sandwich.
Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy the chicken sandwiches at all. The breading was extremely thick, huge chunks of breading that were much heavier than the actual chicken. Most bites tasted like oily breading rather than chicken.
The chicken itself seemed buried under layers of very thick breading, and it was extremely greasy. Combined with the mayonnaise on the sandwich, it was just too much oil and heaviness. I actually ended up with indigestion shortly after eating it.
The mashed potatoes were good, but the chicken sandwiches themselves were disappointing because of the excessive breading and grease.
