This is not the first time this has happened. For the amo of money being spent. Why is my order always incomplete? Esp for this to be an online order. But your location has done this before and i goall the way home myself just for my wife to realize her food was incorrect You all try to be so chewptto thrnpointthat u even skimp your customers on the sauce . The order clearly say 2 orders of fries to FEED 2 people. I have 1 fry. And then not 1 but BOTH ORDERS have a zigzag of sauce. Literally these ARE SAUCY BONELESS GHOST PEPPER WINGS. Why do I have to beg u for sauce so my food doesnt look like dry nuggets?? Do u think im paying $40 to constantly be unhappy with ur business being cheap. The cost of getting the orders correct is literally more costly than tryingto save money on sauce. Then u have the nerve to be argumentative when u are wrong.

The sauce of the 6Pc Boneless Wings (signature hot sauce) tastes sour as if it has gone bad. very different from previous orders.

I got the 3 piece 3Pc Handcrafted Tenders Combo and everything in the order was tasteless. I haven't had Popeyes in over a year and was really looking forward to this meal, but I was very disappointed.
