It seemed like the chicken was prepared in a rush. The outside was overcooked, but the actual meat not tender and kept sticking to the bone

Not sure what happened to this location ... the last three times we've purchased from here the quality has gone down considerably. The sandwich is missing toppings, the frying oil most have changed because the chicken and fries don't taste right. First time it happened, we thought maybe they got a bad batch of oil/new staff, but two months later it's still way off of how good the food used to be. For what it costs, not sure I will come back.
