the sweet and spicy wings are so 🔥🔥🔥 but they skimp on the Mac and cheese which is crazy because it's extra

The slaw was spoiled. I could have gotten food poisoning. The mashed potatoes were watery and bland. The packaging was bad. instead of a large container of potatoes I got three small containers. The chicken texture was rubbery.

I ordered on the late night I was extremely hungry. I ordered the four piece chicken and a side of mashed potatoes and Cajun gravy. The mashed potatoes were super yummy. The chicken came extra crispy just like I like it and they were still hot. unbeknownst to me I was ordering in a Hurry because the kitchen stopped taking orders at 11:30 and I ended up getting a buy one and get one free 4 piece chicken. thank you to the kitchen staff at work that night they got my order right on point, and for that I truly appreciate them... way too go team.. And the fact that I work in the restaurant industry as a kitchen supervisor this really warms my heart....

We ordered a bundle on DD for pickup. When we got to the store, the bag felt light so we checked it for accuracy. The ONLY thing is the bag was our 12count chicken wings. Our large side (red beans and rice), and TWO chicken sandwiches were missing. We let the staff member know that more than one item was missing, and the employee seemed more irritated that we were asking him to correct our order, as he seemed to have moved on to the next order. He tossed two sandwiches in our bag, and a large red beans and rice, then taped the bag back closed and sat the bag back down in the counter instead of handing us the bag as we stood directly in front of him. Once we got home, we noticed that the "large" side was hardly even halfway filled, so we went back to the restaurant to address the issue. The employee at the desk agreed that the container was not adequately filled, and motioned his manager over to hear the story. I had to repeat the story over again for the manager, at which point he ALSO agreed that the container should have been filled up properly. The food was fresh but after having to go back to the store to correct our order, it was cold by the time we got back home.

The Meat on my Classic Chicken Sandwiches
were old and dried out and the sandwiches were plain with no pickles and very little mayo.
Normally the food is good but my suggestion is don't order late at night.
