Alright have to admit that the quality of food well surpassed my expectation, it is genuinely fresh, juicy and tasty fried chicken. Probably the best fried chicken i had from chained fast food

The chicken was clearly old and had been fried several times. It was dried out it was inedible. The 4 pc is supposed to be a wing, thigh, breast and drum. The order was for a BOGO, one of the orders had 2 wings and no thigh. Very disappointed. I thought I would enjoy 8 pieces of chicken and 2 biscuits for $10 but that was not the case. Won't be ordering again!

Typically this location is good but it's definitely hit or miss some days. This last order, I was missing my biscuit which comes with meals.. The Mac and cheese on my momma looked like it been in the back of somebodies car for a week. Drinks are always coming not properly filled too. They stop it like an inch before the top. Nobodies perfect but dang... don't put Mac and cheese in my meal that you wouldn't eat yourself. I need my biscuit too.

Sandwiches were very good. Boneless chicken is terrible. The sauce was really grainy and the meat in the boneless chicken is tough. We will stick to bone-in because thats usually really good.

Have eaten this in years and was disappointed. The chicken was stale like it had been cooked the day before. The red beans and rice tasted old. The Cole slaw was tasteless and barely a scoop in a big cup. The wings were too hot. Didn't think garlic parm would be spicy.
