The customer service was outstanding. They called to tell about a substitution and allowed me to pick the item. When the food arrived my order was accurate and hot. My 2Pc Signature Chicken Combo was steaming and paired well with the Mardi mustard. The sweet tea was soo sweet. 5 stars

the only reason I ordered from Popeyes was for the mashed potatoes I ordered a large which through doordash was over $8. I was given a small cup of potatoes that's not even full. about two spoonfuls worth for $8?????

Unfortunately the 3 piece chicken was not fresh, the coleslaw and mashed potatoes were edible not not as good as usual. Ordered an extra Biscuits but did not receive it. The boneless chicken New! 6 Classic Boneless Wings was also not fresh and they were basically small chicken nuggets. Quite disappointing tbh
