I ordered a 12 pc meal, but got 8 pc meal. The chicken was overcooked and I got breast, wings, thighs. No legs. I paid 58.69 for the meal. The slaw was sticky and nasty. The biscuits were hard. This is unacceptable. They should've refunded my full amount. Instead, I got a 26.82 credit.

I ordered a 12Pc Signature Chicken Family Meal and I only received a overcooked 8 pc meal with no legs. I paid 58.69 for the order. I was refunded 26.00 for this meal. This is unacceptable.

instead of 6 wings, I only received 4... so either the staff wasn't paying attention or they can't count. it's disappointing to buy 6 Spicy Bone-In Wings and get 5 spicy bone in wings with each wing about 2 dollars

I ordered 2 Honey BBQ Bacon and Cheese Chicken Sandwiches. When they got here there was no bacon nor cheese on either sandwich. I paid $18.59. The sandwiches I got was showing buy 2 for $6.99. Buy 1 get 1 free. It's not like my order was difficult or that I ordered a lot. It was just 2 sandwiches.
