This was a fantastic family meal. We had people over so the 30 piece chicken family meal was ideal for us. All sides were good especially the mac and cheese it was the very best. We will have this again.

The four piece signature chicken combo was very dry and ended up throwing it out. Seemed like the chicken was sitting under a heat lamp the entire day. There was no flavor. I had them do 50/50 for original and spicy. The spicy wasn't spicy and salty, the original had no flavor whatsoever. Very disappointed in the quality of this order.

you know that chicken is always good and delicious and just spicy enough and I love that macaroni and cheese it's got a yummy almost burnt kind of flavor. I'm sad the onion rings are gone

It took over forty minutes to receive my order. The dasher waited twenty minutes in the restaurant before they even started to prepare it. The dasher showed me a video of them ignoring the Doordash orders on screen. He recorded the interaction because this has happened numerous times.

the 4Pc Signature Chicken was dry and the 8pc Butterfly Shrimp Combo was so tough you could not chew it
