2Pc Signature Chicken Combo was fresh and hot upon arrival. Ordered a Lemonade which was refreshing. Ordered Unsweetened Iced Tea and it was replaced with Sweet Tea. Nobody informed me or got approval for this change.

Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy were lumpy. Didn't seem fresh. Red Beans & Rice came in child size container. Very disappointing. Biscuits were fresh, tender and still warm.

The wings were just ok. The signature spicy wings looked great and were crunchy. The wing itself was good but the signature sauce actually had a sweet taste that was very off putting. Definitely wouldn't order again. The garlic parm wings . Didn't look great and the texture wasn't great but the sauce was ok.

Chicken tasted like it was cooked yesterday and re-heated ,beans and rice was cook along time ago and it was overcooked beans were mushy, mashed potato's were cooked along time ago and reheated several times...very disappointed.....it has been a long time since I have ordered , last time I had problems also

Ordered side items of red beans & rice and mac n cheese. All three sides totaling about $15 were only half full. Extremely disappointed with that part.
