They made sure my order was correct and I even got a size up on a soda which was really a nice surprise!

Popeyes has gone downhill for years. I ordered a 16 piece family meal and I used to get 3 breasts and 3 thighs. This time I got no breasts and no thighs. You can’t call them because it just goes to voice mail which is usually full. I also ordered the boneless chicken wings which were dry and aweful. I won’t order from Popeyes again. Maybe KFC can do better.

Not good Large Red Beans & Rice for $7.77. The red beans were barely in the mix. It wwas98% white rice. Alot of money for a cup and 2/3 of white rice. I asked for extra napkins, but the girl behind the counter could be heard saying on a flippant tone to my DASHER that she ALREADY PUT EVERYTHING IN THE BAG. Poor attitude. poor service. No honey nor butter for the half dozen biscuits I paid for that were too dry to eat alone. I checked the box for "cocktail sauce " to dip shrimp into, but got nothing . The 2 skimpy napkins that I did receive were wrapped in clear cellophane with one piece of cutlery in each. You treat your customers as though we really don't count for much, yet charge us nearly $8 for what was mostly plain white rice. SORRY, BUT THIS WAS NOT AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE. Perhaps Popeyes should either treat customers as if we matter a little, or close your doors for good.

The Wrap Regular Combo tasted great!
It was very fresh & the portion was perfect, along with the beans and rice.
I would order it again!

I must have ordered too late because the wings had almost no sauce on them. The other wings were good, though.12 Mix & Match Wings was a good deal. Regular Cajun Fries were great as always.
