Food was hot and delivered quickly. The chicken was crunchy, juicy and portions were huge. I haven't had Popeyes for a few years and I'm not sure if the flavors changed but for some reason it tasted like roatisery chicken. Other than that, I was pleased with my order. Definitely try the strawberry biscuits too!

not what I was expecting for how much I paid. the chicken strips looked more like deep fried string, there wasn't enough sauce for the strips and the fries were super undercooked. a meal that would have maybe cost 6 bucks was charged 18. never buying from Popeyes again.

1. Chicken was so hard and dry I was afraid I was going to break a tooth.
2. $5 for less than 6-8 ouces of mashed potatoes is ridiculous.
3. Large (not a family size portion for a "family meal") mashed potatoes were not full. No butter, honey, nor jam for biscuits.

Very poor service. My kids nuggets werent even cooked all the way. And the ¼ Pound Popcorn Shrimp* was even a 1/4lb. And half of it was tails that I couldnt even eat

I have given this location exactly 3 opportunities. The first time was incredible. Second time was trash. Third time I didn't even get half of my food. My bag was sealed so it wasn't my dasher. My fries have always been cold. Like actually cold like if they were taken out of a fridge and microwaved but not full cooked through cold. My mashed potatoes are always inconsistent. Sometimes barely any gravy and cold, sometimes gravy just on top and warm. I haven't gotten my chicken sandwich the last two times I've ordered, including this most recent order. Horrible experience and would 100% not recommend.
