The order came exactly as was stated. The order was 2 Classic Chicken Sandwich, Large Cajun Fries and Large Coleslaw. The Fries were not hot but a quick microwave fixed that. The sandwiches were very good and so was the coleslaw. This is the 3rd time using Doordash. I am definitely a Fan.

Wings were good. But we paid $8 for a large macaroni & cheese. Since they didn't have any... they literally substituted it for $2-3 worth of fries. (literally 11 fries, we counted).... not cool.

seriously, this was not what I expected. I paid a good $27 for 4bpc 4Pc Signature Chicken Combo. I got two wings and two thighs and no drumstick. The chicken was very heavily breaded so much so I gould not even taste the chicken. I removed the breading and the meat inside was dried out. This chicken has been sitting on there warmer for way too long. Next there were no napkins, no fork (for coleslaw) and no straw for my drink. speaking of drink, I ordered some mango drink, the drink was super sweet and too intense. The syrup to water ratio was off. The staff needs to be trained and attentive. This quality and service is not acceptable. It's very upsetting.

Frozen lemonade was pure syrup- 3Pc Tenders Combo , no plasticware, no napkins but tenders and biscuit was delicious 😋.

Chicken cooked in burnt grease , you could smell it and our 4pc only came with 3 pieces ! Plus fries were cold
