I love Popeyes but I've never had their chicken sandwich. The chicken was not good-- not seasoned well and the texture was off. It wasn't tender -- it was very firm to bite into. I ate one half of the sandwich and threw away the other half and the extra free sandwich.

First piece I bit into was not cooked all the way. Sauces I paid for were not in the bag at this point, I couldn't even eat it

looks like they took 1 tender and cut it into 5 pieces( which is extra sad as it's a 6 piece meal). then didn't even put the fries in, even though it's noted on the bag's receipt
