Combo was delicious! Chicken was fried to perfection nice and crispy and the mashed potatoes were so savory!

I tried the chicken many times never cared for it but today I had the best chicken I've ever had. It was cooked perfectly. It was juicy. It was hot. Can't express how happy I am to finally get some decent chicken from Popeyes.

Way overdone, soaked in grease, generally unapetizing, even lightly breaded stick! This exposed the fries and the roll, all overcooked. Didn't even finish it! Popeyes can do better, just not the Huntley, IL location as this was the 2cd time the food was like this. Not ordering from this location a 3rd time...

On a 12Pc Signature Chicken Family Meal, we expect three each of legs, thighs, breasts and wings. We received six wings, one thigh and five breasts—only one piece of dark meat in the entire order! In my mind, this does not represent value for money paid. On the positive side, the chicken was very tasty.

2 piece combo. Ireceived a halfof a wing and a thy that was so bony it was hard to eat. I'll never order here again
